For this reason, we built another professional technical team, equipped with advanced testing equipment, including a metallographic analyzer, raw material bend testing machine, raw material torsional testing machine, microcomputer spring tensile and compression testing machine, spring hardness testing machine, magnetic automatic defect detector, fatigue testing machine, salt spray testing machine, carbon-coating tester, chemical content analyzer and so on, which most of them was imported from Germany, Korea.
Using the latest software and machinery, our results are always accurate and exact. We specialize in a large number of fabrication processes, including four slide work for high production parts. For small runs, we are skilled with air formers and dacron machines.

Cold Heading can provide significant material savings because of reduced scrap in manufacturing versus machining. Bolts coming off a cold header are usually complete or net finished with nearly zero scraps. Cold heading can improve bolt performance versus screw machining where grain flow is interrupted.
The cold heading process rearranges the grain structure increasing shear strength performance. Also, the cold heading of bolts and pins offers a consistently higher quality surface finish which is taken from the smooth condition and dimensions of the dies. This can eliminate secondary finishing. Finally, cold heading features a tight tolerance consistency.
