Description
Setters are generally plates with rails on two parallel sides. They can be used for stack firing a variety of parts. We make these in alumina, zirconia, or zirconia coated alumina.
Zirconia layered Alumina setter plates for general purpose sintering. The single sided zirconia layer prevents the anode material from reacting with the aluminum oxide.
We use zirconia spraying method to laminate in a setter plate or a sagger. The zirconia coating is used to improve the electromagnetic performance of electronic components and prevent adhesion with components, such as iron oxide, piezoresistor (PTC), thermistor (NTC).
